Description

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®680 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF®680 dye has excitation/emission at 681/698 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
